Tip Leads to Pair for Burglary of Habitation
Warrants
On Friday, March 29th, the Daily Tribune ran an
article about one burglary suspect being arrested. The article also indicated that Burglary of a
Habitation warrants for Eric Fuller Jr. and LaStarya Newton were issued after
Titus County Sheriff’s Office Investigators linked them to a burglary which had
occurred in Titus County. On April 2, 2013, an anonymous tipster called the
Northeast Texas Area Crime Stoppers and reported that Mr. Fuller and Ms. Newton
were located in a vehicle parked in front of a residence on Patrick Street.
A quick response by Mount Pleasant Police Department
resulted in the arrest of Eric Dexter Fuller Jr. for the Titus County SO
warrant for Burglary of Habitation and the arrest of LaStarya Nicole Newton for
the Titus County SO warrant for Burglary of Habitation, a Red River County SO
warrant for Burglary of Habitation and a City of Mt. Pleasant Municipal
warrant.

Mr. Randy Brooks was arrested on his new warrant for Credit/Debit Card abuse from information received that he was at a residence in Bossier City, LA.
When officers went to the residence to find Brooks, they could smell a strong odor of marijuana and with consent made two more arrests for Possession of Controlled Substance & Possession of Controlled Substance in Presence of Minors. The arrest also resulted in the seizure of 72.5 grams of marijuana.
We would like to thank the Bossier City PD and the Coordinator of the Bossier City Crime Stoppers for their assistance in apprehending this fugitive.
Randy Dean Brooks and Deanna Hill turned themselves in to the Morris County Sheriff`s Office on November 5, 2012, shortly after they were featured on our website and on KLTV Crime Fighters.
However, Mr. Brooks now has a new warrant out of Morris County Sheriff`s Office for Credit/Debit Card Abuse. If you have information as to his whereabouts, please call the Northeast Texas Area Crime Stoppers at (903) 577-TIPS.
On October 26, 2012, the Northeast Texas Area Crime Stoppers was asked to disseminate a surveillance photograph taken at the Big Tex Fuel Stop. The photograph showed a white female using a stolen credit card to make a purchase. In just a few short hours we received an anonymous tip from a tipster advising the name of the suspect.
The case was presented by Titus County DA Chuck Bailey to the January Grand Jury session and an indictment was received for Credit/Debit Card abuse. At our January meeting the Board of Directors of the Northeast Texas Area Crime Stoppers voted on and approved the payment of this tip.

Mr. Woods turned himself in to the Camp County Sheriff`s Office last week and is no longer wanted.

Mr. Caraballo was arrested on September 12, 2012 after a tip was received to the Northeast Texas Area Crime Stoppers. Mr. Caraballo was arrested at a location in Camp County by Camp County Sheriff`s Office.

Mr. Black was arrested this morning in Balch Springs, Texas and is no longer wanted in Franklin County.

On September 1, 2012, Gwendolyn Kennedy was arrested by Longview Police Department after her whereabouts was called in to the Northeast Texas Area Crime Stoppers.
